We are now beginning to see short sales in Pasadena. As of today, there are 28 homes listed on the Multiple Listing Service that are Short Pay homes. They range from $225,000 to $799,000.

Irina, this market slump and foreclosures and short sales are the worst I have ever seen in all the years I have been alive. The trickle down affect is going to be awful. Lets all pray that it levels out soon and goes the other way. Will look at with interest your short sales report.
