Yes, you’re right. It seems there are only 11 preforeclosures and 1 foreclosure currently listed for San Marino. Is it a small area?
Seems disproportionately low.

yes… San Marino is a pretty small city with about 3,500 homes.

Looking for home in San Marino School District. Other cities such as San Gabriel are acceptable provided they are in the SM school district. Budget $800K
