San Marino Mortgage Rates Report – December 22, 2008

Do you realize that rates are now below 5% and only at 6.5% fixed for jumbo loans. 

It’s absolutely amazing that you can get a new loan at 4.5%, 30 year fixed.  If you currently own a house and have it financed, I urge you to contact your mortgage consultant to discuss if refinancing is the right option for you.

30 Year Fixed San Marino Mortgage Rate Hits Record Low. In the most recent survey period, mortgage rates plunged amid fading inflation concerns, more economic bad news and the Fed’s historic rate cut.

The Fed’s next meeting is scheduled for January 28, at which time we expect the Fed rate to stay unchanged.
